PURPOSE AND MAIN TASKS

The medium-range aircraft air-to-air missile is designed for hitting the air-borne targets (fighters, attack aircraft, bombers, military carrier aircraft, helicopters, cruise missiles) day-and-night, at any angle under electronic countermeasures conditions against the earth and water surface background, inclusive of the multiple target “fire-and-forget” firing.
